TitaGame ("we", "our", or "us") operates mobile applications, including Anime School Girl: Life Sim 3D. This Privacy Policy explains how the current version of the game handles user and device data.

The current version of Anime School Girl: Life Sim 3D does not require user registration or account creation and is designed to minimize data collection. Gameplay progression, settings, inventory, and similar game data are stored locally on your device.

4. Data Sharing

Because the current version does not collect personal or sensitive user data for TitaGame, TitaGame does not sell, rent, or share such data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

TitaGame follows a data-minimization approach by keeping gameplay data on the device and avoiding the transmission of personal or sensitive user data in the current release. As a result, TitaGame does not maintain a server-side database of personal user information for this game.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device for as long as the app's local data remains installed. You can delete this local data by clearing the app's storage/data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.

The current version does not create user accounts and TitaGame does not retain personal user data on its servers for this game. Therefore, there is no server-side game account or associated personal-data profile to delete.

If you contact TitaGame directly by email, we may retain that correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, or meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of correspondence that we control by contacting us at the address below, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

The current version does not knowingly collect personal information from users, including children. The game does not require an account or personal profile to play. If you believe personal information has been provided to TitaGame through a support request or other direct communication, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
